This is one of my OTPs~!

I wanted to depict Vietnam's tsundere character.  She is not happy that China stole her hat and is a bit unconfortable that he is so close to her face.  I think China teases Vietnam by stealing her hat on a regular basis. 

Since I suck at backgrounds, I added one I found and that I thought fit well, background image link in the description below.
